2. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the sale of food products offered by L’escalier to its customers, for on-site consumption or takeaway.
3. Products
The products offered are food items (sandwiches, burgers, wraps, beverages, etc.).
Descriptions and prices are displayed on-site or on sales materials (menu, website).
Photos are non-contractual.
4. Prices
Prices are indicated in euros (€), including all taxes.
L’escalier reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; however, products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of the order.
5. Orders
Customers may place orders:
On-site
Online
Any order is considered final once validated and paid.
6. Payment
Accepted payment methods:
Cash
Credit/debit card
Meal vouchers and ANCV vouchers
Connected tickets
Payment is due immediately.
7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation (Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable food products.
8. Complaints
Any complaint must be made:
Immediately on-site
Or by phone/email as soon as possible
No complaints will be accepted after consumption of the product, unless proof of a defect is provided.
9. Liability
L’escalier cannot be held liable in the event of:
Improper storage of the product after delivery to the customer
Allergies not disclosed by the customer
The list of allergens is available upon request.
10. Personal Data
The information collected is used solely for order processing.
It is neither sold nor transferred to third parties.
11. Disputes
These GTCS are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
12. Acceptance of Terms
Any order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
